1) Where we ship
- New Zealand: We ship nationwide, including rural addresses, PO Boxes (small parcels only), and RD routes. Oversized items (e.g., bullbars) require a street address and may ship to the nearest depot for collection.
- International: Not currently available.
2) Order processing times
- In‑stock items: Orders placed Mon–Fri are processed within 1–3 business days.

Made‑to‑order / backorder items: Some products (e.g., Rockarmor bars, fabricated stainless‑steel snorkels, selected MCC parts) may have lead times of 2–8 weeks depending on stock and fabrication queues.
- We’ll email you within 2 business days of purchase to confirm ETA.
- If the quoted ETA changes, you’ll receive an update and the option to continue, modify, or cancel.
3) Delivery timeframes (after dispatch)
- Standard parcels (small/medium): 2–5 business days nationwide. Rural adds 1–2 days.
- Oversized freight (bullbars, wheels/tyres sets, large exhausts): 3–10 business days. Rural/remote may add 2–4 days.
- Peak seasons & events: Delivery may be extended; we’ll notify you of material delays.
4) Shipping methods & carriers
- We use reputable national carriers for parcel and freight services. Carrier selection depends on size, weight, destination, and service availability.
- Tracking: A tracking link is emailed when your order ships. For multi‑box shipments, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
5) Shipping costs
- Calculated at checkout based on weight/size, destination, and service.
- Oversized items: Bullbars, canopies, roof‑top tents, and wheel/tyre combos may attract oversize freight surcharges. These are shown at checkout and/or quoted by email before dispatch.
- Promotions: Any advertised freight offers will be clearly stated (e.g., “Nationwide freight $199 on GT bullbars”) and applied only to eligible products and addresses.
6) Click & Collect / Depot collection (oversized)
- For some oversized products, delivery may be to a freight depot closest to your location.
- We’ll confirm depot details and collection requirements (ID, booking reference) in your dispatch email.
7) Split shipments
- If your order contains items with different lead times or ships from different warehouses, we may split shipments. You won’t be charged extra shipping beyond the amount shown at checkout.
8) Delivery requirements & failed delivery
- Signature on delivery: Required for high‑value/oversized shipments unless you instruct authority to leave.
- Failed delivery: If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or refusal, re‑delivery or return fees may apply. We’ll contact you with options.
9) Address changes
- Before dispatch: We can update your address—contact us ASAP.
- After dispatch: Address changes may not be possible; carrier fees may apply.
10) Damages, loss & claims
- On delivery: Please inspect packaging. Note any damage with the driver and photograph the item and packaging.
- Claims window: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery for damage claims; within 10 business days if your tracking shows no movement or a lost item.
- We’ll coordinate with the carrier to resolve your claim and arrange replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
11) Backorders & partial availability
- If an item is unavailable after purchase, we’ll notify you within 2 business days and offer:
- Ship when available (revised ETA),
- Product swap of equal value, or
- Full refund to original payment method.
12) International duties & GST (NZ orders)
- GST: NZ orders include GST where applicable.
- Duties/Import: Not applicable for domestic NZ shipping.
13) Order status & support
- Tracking not working? Allow 24 hours after dispatch; then contact our team.

14) Exceptions & special notes
- Custom/fabricated products (e.g., MudSquad stainless‑steel snorkels): Lead times vary; finishing/coatings may add time.
- Installer scheduling: If you’ve booked fitting with us or a partner, freight timing will be coordinated to meet your appointment.
- Force majeure: Severe weather, natural events, or carrier disruptions may extend delivery timeframes.
