Returns & Refunds Policy — MudSquad 4x4

1) Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Requests made after 7 days cannot be accepted unless covered by warranty.
2) Eligibility for Returns
To qualify:
- Item must be in original condition, unused, uninstalled, with all tags and packaging.
- Include proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
3) How to Start a Return
Email us at sales.mudsquad4x4@gmail.com with:
- Order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- Reason for return
If approved:
- We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
- Returns must be sent to:

4) Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if:
- Item is defective or damaged
- Wrong item received
We’ll evaluate and resolve promptly (repair, replacement, or refund).
5) Restocking Fee
If the product is returned without defect or error, a 20% restocking fee applies.
6) Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
- Installed or modified parts
7) Refunds
- Once inspected and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Bank or card processing times may vary.
