Returns & Refunds Policy — MudSquad 4x4

1) Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • Requests made after 7 days cannot be accepted unless covered by warranty.

2) Eligibility for Returns

To qualify:

  • Item must be in original condition, unused, uninstalled, with all tags and packaging.
  • Include proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

3) How to Start a Return

Email us at sales.mudsquad4x4@gmail.com with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • Reason for return

If approved:

  • We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
  • Returns must be sent to:

4) Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if:

  • Item is defective or damaged
  • Wrong item received
    We’ll evaluate and resolve promptly (repair, replacement, or refund).

5) Restocking Fee

If the product is returned without defect or error, a 20% restocking fee applies.


6) Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Installed or modified parts

7) Refunds

  • Once inspected and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Bank or card processing times may vary.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at sales.mudsquad4x4@gmail.com.
