1) Our Commitment
MudSquad 4x4 stands behind the quality of every product we sell. We honor all manufacturer warranties and provide an additional warranty on products we fabricate in-house.
2) Warranty Coverage

Manufacturer Products:
All branded products (e.g., Rockarmor, MCC, Redback, Safari Snorkels) are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty terms.- Coverage typically includes defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Duration varies by brand; please refer to the manufacturer’s documentation.

MudSquad Fabricated Products:
Custom stainless-steel snorkels and other fabricated items include a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.- Covers defects in materials and workmanship.
- Excludes damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modifications.
3) What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage from accidents, improper installation, or off-road impact.
- Cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
4) Warranty Claim Process
If you believe your product is defective under warranty:

- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

- Advise next steps (repair, replacement, or refund).
5) Shipping for Warranty Claims
- Customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us unless otherwise agreed.
- For oversized items, we can assist with freight arrangements at cost.
